Selection Procedure 

The client company would inform the consultancy, Acons HR Solution, of the requirements through e-mail/telephone or any other mode of communication.

The consultancy, Acons HR Solution, would do the initial screening of the prospective candidates and match them against the given specification/benchmarks.

The consultancy, Acons HR Solution, would send the resumes along with the interview impressions of only those candidates who would fit the given specifications.

The company would inform the consultancy, Acons HR Solution, the name of the candidates who have to be called for the further interviews. The consultancy will coordinate the telephonic interviews and meetings between the client and the candidate. The company would conduct final rounds at the consultancy site/office.

The client would give the selected candidates an offer depending on the availability of a suitable position. The consultancy, Acons HR Solution, would be informed of the outcome of the selection process for each candidate, with a copy of the offer letter.

Terms & Conditions

The professional fee paid for the selected candidates is as follows.

      8.33 % of the candidate’s annual gross remuneration package (including the variable components).

Service tax will be paid only if service tax number is printed on the invoice generated by the consultancy, Acons HR Solution. Invoice to be printed in the consultancy, Acons HR Solution, letterhead with full details and salary calculated of the individual candidates placed in the company.

The payment shall be made by the company after 30 days of completion by the candidate from the date of joining. Invoice to be raised by the consultant within 30 days of completion by the candidate in the organization. If any candidate supplied by the consultant leaves the organization within 30 days period then the consultant will be liable to provide free replacement for those candidates as soon as possible. During the tenure of this agreement, the consultancy, Acons HR Solution, agrees that it shall not approach employees of the company for vacancies existing with any of its clients. The contract is renewable and is valid for the period March 2010 – March 2011.
