Job Description
Job Description & Responsibilities
1.Making outbound calls to US consumers for various services such as debt settlement, credit cards, collections etc (Depending upon the process).
2. Selling while Answering inbound calls from consumers responding to TV/Radio ads by company.
3.Following up with customers who show interest in services to close the files or to take further information.
4. Cold calling few hours every day to generate new leads using predictive dialer.
5.Managing list of interested customers to follow up in future or at requested call back time.

Desired candidate profile
1. Graduate freshers are welcome to apply.
2.Undergraduates with minimum of 6 months experience in Inteational BPO.
3. Willing to work in US shifts.
4.Must have basic computer knowledge.
5. Must have very good written and spoken English with Neutral/US accent.
6.Should be Self motivator and sales oriented.
7. Should be able to work under pressure for monthly sales target.
8.Should be willing to accept challenges regarding sales on weekly/bi weekly/monthly basis.
