Job Description
Qualification: Graduate in any field (preferably an Engineering degree). MBA in Marketing will get an edge.
Experience: 3 to 4 years of team leading and business development experience is preferred.
Responsibilities: Lead generation, deputing leads to team members, relationship building with new customers, maintaining relations with existing customers, team motivation, target based billing, achieving monthly, quarterly and annual business targets.
Skills : Market knowledge, Solution selling approach, large enquiry sniffing skills, team motivation skills, ability to accept the pressure of targets, funnel generation, MBR (Monthly Business Review) presentations over business done, aggression over business, customer end negotiations.
Remuneration: Capable candidate will have no bounds; Will be target based certain percentage as fixed rest variable.
