The company was founded in the year 1998 by Dr.Shikha Sharma an allopathic doctor. It started as ‘CLINIQUE DE REJUVENATION’ which was primarily a weight management centre. Since then, the clinic has been recognized as a pioneer institute providing research based solutions for weight management and nutrition.

In the year 2003, Dr. Shikhas Nutri-Health Systems Private Limited, New Delhi was added to create a vision for integrative and holistic wellness. We are working towards the goal of creating awareness regarding healthy eating and lifestyle practices. The organization has grown in terms of clientele base and number of centers from one to seven in a short span of time. The growth has been entirely through the word of mouth and the faith of our esteemed clients bestowed upon us. Presently the organization is providing service to dedicated clients not only in Delhi and the NCR, but globally, through the web.

At our organization, we offer a scientifically designed program based on ‘NUTRI-GENETICS’ i.e the study of nutrition based on the genetic makeup of an individual. This is a fast evolving concept in the field of nutrition all over the world and we have pioneered in developing this concept. The use of scientific methods makes our programs successful.

Our Achievements 
Our services have been recognized by the corporate world and we have very successfully been able to have associations with various prestigious organizations viz. Star TV, Aaj Tak, The Park, Taj Group of Hotels, Jindal Group of Industries, American Express, Discovery India to name a few and have advised on healthy diet and lifestyle practices to their executives. We have shared various educational forums with Escorts Heart Institute and joint research venture with Delhi heart and lung Institute , Delhi. To spread our message of wellness, we have organized various workshops in prestigious schools of Delhi like Delhi Public School, Modern School and Eurokids.

Ponds Femina Miss India Contest 2006 proved to be another feather in our cap as we were appointed as the official nutritionist to the contest and we got excellent reviews from the organizers, contestants and the media alike regarding our menu planning. We successfully designed healthy menu for the models, designers and the media for the Wills lifestyle India fashion week held at The Grand, New Delhi and pioneered the concept of integrating health with beauty and fashion. 

Media coverage: Dr.Shikha Sharma , the managing director of the company, has been writing various articles in HT city and Brunch and various other newspapers and magazines, on nutrition and health related topics. She has been featured in various nutrition related programs in NDTV, CNBC, STAR TV, AAJ TAK, and SAHARA TV.
